phpvip pub Terms and Conditions – Player Agreement Philippines

1 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use phpvip pub, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. phpvip pub strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be a registered self-excluded player, an employee of phpvip pub or its affiliates, or a person restricted from online gaming by applicable law or regulatory order.
• Accurate information: All details provided during registration — full name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and payment account details — must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• One account only: You may hold only one phpvip pub account. Opening additional accounts for any reason, including to access promotions multiple times, is a serious violation of these Terms.

Registration constitutes your representation that all of the above conditions are met. phpvip pub may conduct identity verification checks at registration or at any later point. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in account suspension until the process is completed.

2 Account Rules

Your phpvip pub account is personal to you. The following rules apply at all times:

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person, including anyone claiming to be phpvip pub support. We will never ask for your password.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact phpvip pub support immediately at support@phpvippub.app. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials until you report the breach.
• Non-transferability: Your account, account balance, and any bonus credits are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to another person.
• Account dormancy: Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant in accordance with our account management policy. Fees may apply to dormant accounts as outlined in our current fee schedule. phpvip pub will contact you via your registered email before applying any dormancy-related fee.
• Keeping details current: You must keep your contact details — email address and mobile number — up to date. phpvip pub uses these to contact you about account matters, security alerts, and verification requests. Outdated contact details are your responsibility.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at phpvip pub are processed in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• You may only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
• Accepted payment methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Philippine-issued Visa and Mastercard bank cards. Availability of specific methods may vary and is shown at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in your phpvip pub account at the time of deposit. These may change from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment account used for deposits where possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method.
• phpvip pub reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure, not an indication of wrongdoing.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to those bonuses. See Section 5 for bonus terms.
• phpvip pub does not accept deposits from credit facilities intended to fund gambling. Players must ensure their deposit funds originate from legitimate, personal sources.

4 Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all game categories at phpvip pub. Specific game rules, betting limits, and payout structures are detailed within each game's paytable or game rules page on the platform.

• RNG certification: All slot and casino games at phpvip pub use certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factor. phpvip pub does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Ensure all bet details are correct before confirming. Technical errors that affect bet placement should be reported immediately.
• Sports betting settlements: Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body or league (e.g., PBA, FIBA, PVOAP). Where results are disputed, phpvip pub will follow the decision of the relevant authority. In the event of match abandonment, void rules will apply as shown in the specific event's betting rules.
• Technical failures: In the event of a disconnection or platform error during a game session, phpvip pub systems log all game states server-side. Sessions will be resumed or resolved based on server records, which are the authoritative record of all game activity.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits apply per game and are visible before you place any bet. Limits may differ across game categories and may be adjusted by phpvip pub from time to time. VIP Club members may have access to modified stake limits under the VIP programme terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

phpvip pub offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and do not constitute real money until any applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Each promotion has specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, and time limits. These are stated clearly in each offer's terms. Read them before claiming.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• phpvip pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using software to generate artificial play, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated funds, and account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• phpvip pub's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at phpvip pub. Violations will result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false personal information, using fraudulent payment methods, impersonating another person, or any other form of deception in connection with your phpvip pub account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker games where chip dumping, seat trading, or sharing hole card information is prohibited.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to play games or place bets on your behalf without genuine manual engagement from you.
• Money laundering: Using phpvip pub in any way to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. phpvip pub complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or platform malfunction. Any winnings generated from known technical errors will be voided.
• Underage play: Attempting to register or play while under the legal age minimum. Any account found to have been created by a minor will be closed and all balances forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming

phpvip pub takes responsible gaming seriously and has integrated tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These Terms form part of that commitment.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that outcomes are never guaranteed. You agree to use phpvip pub only for entertainment purposes, with funds from your own disposable income, and at stake levels that are appropriate for your personal financial situation.

You have the right to request the following from phpvip pub at any time:

• A deposit limit to restrict the amount you can fund your account within a specified period
• A session time reminder to alert you when you have been playing for a set duration
• Temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) to pause your access for a defined time
• Self-exclusion to close your account for a minimum period of six months

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phpvip pub platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, design elements, and the phpvip pub brand name — is the property of phpvip pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phpvip pub platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phpvip pub content without prior written permission from phpvip pub.

Game content provided by third-party developers such as JILI Gaming remains the intellectual property of those developers. phpvip pub hosts these games under valid licensing agreements.

9 Limitation of Liability

phpvip pub provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability from time to time.

• phpvip pub is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, internet connection failures on the player's side, or technical issues with the player's device or browser.
• phpvip pub is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. Players participate in real-money gaming at their own risk and accept that losses are a possible and normal outcome of all games offered.
• phpvip pub's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10 Suspension and Termination

phpvip pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Evidence of underage access
• Use of prohibited software, automation, or collusion tactics
• At phpvip pub's reasonable discretion for any other cause that threatens the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform

Upon termination for breach, phpvip pub may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, verified funds will be returned to the player's nominated payment account. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure for any reason.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support@phpvippub.app. Account closure requests are generally processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account following identity verification.

11 Amendments to These Terms

phpvip pub may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or our operational practices. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page
• Notify registered players via email or in-platform notification for material changes
• Provide a reasonable notice period before material changes take effect

Continued use of phpvip pub after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from them or your use of phpvip pub, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

If you have a complaint or dispute, the first step is to contact phpvip pub support at support@phpvippub.app with full details of the issue. We aim to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

phpvip pub's decisions on disputes involving game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management are final where they are based on platform records and the terms of these agreements. We are committed to explaining our decisions clearly and will always provide a reasonable explanation when a complaint is raised.
